At Oxford Wax Studio, we want you and all of our clients to receive the perfect service. To make sure that you are leaving satisfied, we are updating our Late and Cancelation Policy. We will list the new rules and regulations on our website, all social media, and inside our studio. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us. If you no call/no show an appointment, before you are able to come back to receive another service, you will be sent an invoice for 75% of the cost of the services that you scheduled and missed. This must be paid before your next appointment. You will also have 1 no show notification placed on your profile. If you are to no call/no show again, you will be blocked from booking future services at the studio.
If you cancel the same day as your service (after 12:00 am the day of your service), you will be sent an invoice for 50% of the cost of the service. This must be paid before your next appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment and have not contacted us, your appointment will be recorded as a no call/no show. The service can still be done at the discretion of the service provider. If the service provider is not able to accommodate your service into their schedule that day, you will be able to reschedule your appointment without having to pay a cancellation invoice. You will still have a no call/no show strike on your client profile.
